looking for a base

As you know that we have a cool base(labove)

but its now be changed and only little of soldier place,and the pico squad camp its no longer on pico it will be closed. So i decide to make a new base but its not that easy i'm not rich.tell me or make me a military squad base.and you will get a prize. like the above picture.
